Method
1 | Beat egg lightly with chicken broth and season with salt and pepper。 |

2 | Strain. Transfer to a dish, cover and steam until set. |

3 | Season the minced pork. Blanch the green peas and carrot. |

4 | Heat oil, sauté pork, add the rest of the ingredient. Toss well and then pour in sauce and cook until thickened. |

5 | Pour over the custard and serve hot. |
