Steamed Custard with Meat Sauce

Ingredients

Eggs
Chicken broth
Minced pork
Diced carrot
Green peas
Chopped onion
1 tsp chopped ginger
Diced spring onion

Method

1Beat egg lightly with chicken broth and season with salt and pepper。
2Strain. Transfer to a dish, cover and steam until set.
3Season the minced pork. Blanch the green peas and carrot.
4Heat oil, sauté pork, add the rest of the ingredient. Toss well and then pour in sauce and cook until thickened.
5Pour over the custard and serve hot.
